Our client, a multinational company is looking for a Japanese Staff (Sales Coordinator) to be based in Dubai.
• Will handle inquiries, orders, and deliveries from/to customers, as well as manage quotations, order acceptance, and invoices.
• Commercial Knowledge: A basic understanding of commercial aspects, such as payment and delivery terms, is necessary.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is essential for daily operations.
• Fluency in English and Japanese is required to communicate with the Japan factory and to operate the internal system, which is in Japanese.
