Key Responsibilities:Hardware Support
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate repairs and upgrades with vendors or service providers.
• Maintain an inventory of hardware assets and ensure all equipment is properly tagged and tracked.

Software Support
• Install and update operating systems, business applications, and antivirus software.
• Troubleshoot software-related issues and provide timely resolution.
• Provide technical support for internal users on commonly used applications (e.g., MS Office, ERP systems, email platforms).
• Ensure software licensing compliance and documentation.

Network & Systems Support
• Assist in maintaining the internal network, including routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
• Monitor network performance and escalate issues when necessary.
• Provide support in configuring and managing user accounts, email access, and shared folders.

General IT Support
• Respond to user requests and IT helpdesk tickets in a timely manner.
• Provide onboarding IT setup for new employees and deactivation for exits.
• Maintain proper documentation of IT procedures, issues, and resolutions.
• Support in ensuring data backups, system security, and access control.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT support (hardware & software).
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and common business applications.
• Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WAN), printers, and system administration.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize based on urgency.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or equivalent.
• Experience with cloud-based tools (e.g., Office 365, Google Workspace).
• Exposure to basic cybersecurity and data protection best practices.
