Responsibilities:
• Inspect personal computer equipment, as well as install hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers, and disk drives on user’s premises.
• Ensure ongoing and consistent maintenance and update of the Group’s active directory.
• Install and configure specified software packages such as operating systems, business applications, and other office tools and perform maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Provide on-site and remote support to users’ requests in relation to networking, operating system, system hardware diagnoses, software, and operator problems.
• Initiate applications troubleshooting for business applications, point of sale systems, etc.
• Initiate systems/network troubleshooting and monitoring and ensure that defective components are replaced as needed.
• Manage the reported requests and incidents on the service desk system, and provide updates, status, and completion information.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar field.
• Experience in Windows operating systems and networking.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
