• Provide hands-on leadership and strategic direction to the home
• Support the Home Manager’s development and ensure high standards of care are restored and maintained
• Oversee the implementation of the action plan and ensure regulatory compliance
• Work closely with the team to rebuild confidence and morale
• Manager through a period of transition
?? What We’re Looking For: ??
• Proven experience in interim or turnaround roles within elderly care
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory frameworks
• Ability to mentor and support developing managers
• Immediate availability
