Responsibilities
• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum
• Provide a nurturing and supportive classroom environment
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student learning and development
• Evaluate and assess student progress
• Incorporate play-based learning and creative activities into the curriculum

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or relevant field
• Teaching license/certification
• Proven experience working with young children
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)

Day-to-day
• Create engaging and interactive lesson plans
• Facilitate small group activities and individualized instruction
• Communicate with parents about students’ progress and well-being
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture
• Continuously assess and adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of young learners
