**Human Resources Part-time Consultant**:

Alfaytri Company is growing bigger and bigger every year. The management in Alfaytri Company are adding new line of services every year. With this expansion comes the issue of Human resources (HR) management.

These are the following tasks that are required from the HR consultant:
Set a structure from the company showing positions, promotion, housing, ect.

Suggest multiple systems to manage and monitor the suggested suggest structure.

Draft an HR document that details company’s policies with regards to the company’s employees.

Monitor the system from time to time to make sure the structures meet company’s goals. Suggest modifications and updates to the approved policies.

Part-time hours:

20 per week
