HSE Safety Officer

Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies tailored to specific project needs.Implement and maintain HSE policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.Lead safety training sessions and workshops, enhancing team awareness and fostering a culture of safety.Monitor site activities for adherence to safety protocols, immediately addressing any deviations or unsafe practices.Investigate accidents and incidents, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety measures into project planning and execution phases.Perform regular audits and inspections of equipment and facilities, ensuring they meet safety and health regulations.Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, training sessions, and compliance reports for regulatory purposes.Serve as a liaison between management, employees, and regulatory bodies regarding HSE matters.Continuously evaluate and improve safety programs based on feedback and industry best practices. – Holds Diploma Certificate.- Minimum 5 years experience in GCC.- Holds NEBOSH Certificate.More info:
