Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures as per ADNOC guidelines.Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventive measures.Ensure that all site activities are carried out in compliance with ADNOC HSE regulations.Lead daily toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE trainings.Conduct incident investigations and prepare reports with corrective actions.Carry out safety inspections and audits on a regular basis.Coordinate with project management to ensure safety measures are integrated into planning and execution.Promote a culture of continuous safety improvement. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory.Minimum 5 years of total experience, with at least 2 years in ADNOC projects or similar oil & gas industry.Must possess valid ADNOC HSE Officer Approval.
