Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures that align with ADNOC standards, ensuring compliance across all operations.Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards, providing actionable insights for risk mitigation.Lead incident investigation processes, ensuring thorough analysis and implementation of corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics, utilizing data to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or related field is essential for foundational knowledge.Minimum of 8 years of experience in HSE management within the oil and gas sector, demonstrating expertise in industry-specific challenges.NEBOSH International General Certificate or equivalent certification is mandatory for credibility in HSE practices.Familiarity with ADNOC’s HSE regulations and standards, ensuring alignment with organizational expectations.
