Manage the recruitment cycle including sourcing and shortlisting Utilize online job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify potential candidates.Screen resumes and job applications to shortlist candidates for interviews.Conduct virtual interviews and assessments to evaluate the candidates’ fit for the role.Coordinate with hiring managers to understand and meet their staffing needs.Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely feedback and communication.Maintain accurate and organized records of recruitment activities.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in remote recruitment. Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably in a remote setting.Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR software.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
