What You’ll Do:

• Source Verified Job Listings: Leverage your HR network to find high-quality, real job opportunities for our platform.
• Build Employer Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with employers to bring their job openings to our platform.
• Job Verification: Ensure the legitimacy of job opportunities listed on our platform, providing peace of mind to job seekers.
• Market Expertise: Advise on job market trends, salary ranges, and the specific hiring needs of industries we’re targeting.
• Support Job Seekers: Provide insights into best practices for candidates, including resume tips, interview prep, and job alerts.
• Opportunity to Expand: Potential to grow with us, assist in other HR-related tasks, and contribute to building the future of job matching.

What We’re Looking For:

• HR Experience: Proven background in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR management (ideally in UAE or international markets).
• Network: A strong network of employers and job providers (especially those hiring in the UAE or globally).
• Job Sourcing Skills: Ability to source active job openings in various sectors (tech, finance, healthcare, remote work, etc.).
• Verification & Credibility: An eye for ensuring job listings are legitimate and trustworthy.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to build relationships with both job seekers and employers.
• Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and proactively to achieve results in a startup environment.
