HR Operations: Handling the day-to-day HR operations, including processing employee documentation and maintaining organized records.
Payroll Processing: Handling payroll functions to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement, including statutory deductions.
Gratuity Management: Managing end-of-service benefits (gratuity) calculations and payments in line with UAE labor law.
Administrative Support: Supporting various HR tasks such as organizing employee files, interview scheduling, leave processing, and preparing HR-related documents.
Employee Liaison: Acting as a liaison between staff and HR, responding to queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.

is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of HR & Admin Executive in the field of HR / Admin in one of their office located in Sharjah – United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require recruitment, hr operations, uae labor law, payroll, onboarding, gratuity calculation, employee relations, documentation, administrative support, communication mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
