Job Description:
We are currently hiring qualified and compassionate Home Care Nurses to join our dedicated team in Sharjah, UAE. This position is strictly for home-based nursing care only – not in clinics, hospitals, or medical centers. The role involves providing direct patient care in the comfort of the patient’s home, supporting their health, comfort, and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personalized nursing care to patients at home
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assist with mobility
• Maintain proper documentation of patient care
• Support patients with hygiene, feeding, and basic daily activities
• Communicate with patients and their families with compassion and professionalism
• Ensure patient safety and follow all hygiene protocols
• Coordinate with doctors or medical supervisors if needed
Qualifications:
• Nursing Certificate Course or Diploma (recognized in home country)
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in home country
• Only female candidates preferred (if applicable)
• Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Willing to work and stay in the UAE on a full-time basis
Candidate Eligibility:
• Must be currently in the UAE on a visit visa
• Must have 2 years of prior experience in nursing (home country experience accepted)
• Must be willing to work only in home care settings
