Hiring UAE National – Section Head, Administrative Support

Key Responsibilities:1. Leadership & Team ManagementSupervise, mentor, and manage the administrative support team, including office assistants, clerks, and secretaries.Set team objectives and conduct regular performance reviews.Develop training and development plans for team members.2. Operations & Process ManagementOversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning across departments.Manage scheduling, correspondence, filing systems, and travel arrangements.Streamline office procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.3. Documentation & ReportingEnsure timely preparation and submission of internal and external reports.Maintain proper record-keeping for office supplies, maintenance, procurement, and service providers.Implement document management systems to improve access and security of records.4. Vendor and Asset ManagementLiaise with vendors and service providers for office supplies, repairs, and services.Oversee the inventory and proper use of administrative assets such as furniture, stationery, and office machines.5. Policy Compliance & Internal ControlsEnsure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.Collaborate with the HR and IT departments for staff onboarding/offboarding logistics and access rights.Conduct periodic audits of admin support processes.6. Stakeholder CoordinationServe as the primary contact for department heads and external partners for administrative support needs.Coordinate high-level meetings, events, and delegations.
