The Role:
As HLTA, you will support pupils across Key Stage 1 and 2, leading small group interventions, covering lessons during teacher PPA time, and providing classroom support where needed. You’ll work closely with teachers and senior leaders to ensure the best outcomes for all children, particularly those who need an extra boost to achieve their potential.

• Proven ability to deliver engaging learning activities
• Confident leading whole-class lessons when required
• Excellent behaviour management and communication skills
