Minimum Qualifications

Age : 30-40 years old

Work Experience : Minimum 8-10 Years of experience out of which at least 3 years in managing

and implementing HSE and welfare requirements in Oil & Gas industry and

served in the capacity of HSE Engineer at least for one year in the previous

assignments for production facilities.

Education: : Bachelor Degree preferably in Engineering or Science from a reputed university

(with regular college study)

Minimum one of the following:

NEBOSH GC/IGC

Diploma in Safety /HSE

Any other HSE certifications

Desired

Lead auditor ISO 14001 or OHSAS 18001 or equivalent.

Other HSE Trainings / Certifications will be added advantage

Responsibilities:
• Able to lead a team of HSE personnel such as HSE officers, Hygiene officers
• etc.
• HSE Management System understanding and ability to develop HSE Plan.
• Annual HSE plan review and implementation
• Knowledge and experience in implementing PTW system and Gas Testing
• Awareness on H2S & Breathing Apparatus
• Ability to conduct Risk Assessments
• Ability to analyze incidents and apply different root cause analysis.
• Ability to conduct HSE audits and reviews
• Ability to develop Emergency response procedures/plans.
• Ability to speak, read and write English with good communication skills
