The role will also contribute to the overall delivery enhancements in Business Intelligence Research. The incumbent will actively participate in sharing timely, reliable and actionable insights to Businesses/ Management and help them make informed business decisions. Liaising with research stakeholders (businesses, agencies and field staff) to ensure consistently high standards of deliverables is key to the role.

Job Responsibilities:
• Identifying business level opportunities and weaknesses to improve operational process measures for finalization with Manager, Business Intelligence.
• Finalizing action planning reports with Manager, Business Intelligence, for review of the business.
• Supervising the studies and liaising with agencies and ENOC departments/ businesses on logistical operations
• Facilitating action planning workshops for businesses towards enhancing operational processes to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Monitoring the implementation of action plans by businesses.
Job Requirements:
• 8-10 years of Business Intelligence experience, preferably on the agency side, but not mandatorily.
• Bachelor degree in Statistics, Economics, or Business Administration (Marketing/ Finance Specialization).
• 6+ years of experience of working in Oil & Gas industry.
• 8-10 years of experience of consumer trends in the Middle East markets required; experience outside the Middle East region is a definite plus.
