The Role:
We are looking for a motivated and professional Health Services Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. Dr Finlay’s Private Practice are seeking a new member of their UK based concierge team to provide outstanding service to our UK and international clients. This role focuses on engaging with warm leads, prospective patients who have already shown interest in our services, and guiding them through the next steps. You’ll play a key role in converting enquiries into bookings, supporting the marketing team, and helping us deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Duties and responsibilities:
• Warm Lead Conversion: Call and follow up with warm leads from webinars, our website, and marketing campaigns, helping turn interest into consultations.
• Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to follow up on campaigns, send resources, and provide and compare insights from patient interactions.
• Administrative Duties: Manage call logs, maintain lead databases, support bookings and follow-up processes. This includes managing clinician’s diaries, arranging clinical appointments, taking payments, answering the phone, dealing with queries and maintaining electronic records/filing systems, making calls to request information from service providers e.g. chasing lab or Xray results and referring urgent clinical items to the clinicians or emergency services.
• Improving systems and data management where possible: Taking part in Practice meetings, keeping up to date and undertaking training where requested to upskill. Also, promoting ideas and new technologies you become aware of to the management team.
• Relationship Building: Understand patient needs and clearly communicate the benefits of our services in a friendly, knowledgeable manner. Respond to the needs of patients by offering practical non clinical advice and service options. Caring for patients through communicating in an exemplary way as if they were a member of your family.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in sales, telesales or customer conversion, ideally within healthcare, wellness or a professional service environment.
• A confident communicator with a warm, empathetic approach.
• Highly organised and comfortable using CRM and digital tools.
• An interest or background in medical services, functional medicine, or health and wellness is a strong advantage.
• Self-driven and motivated by targets, with a strong sense of integrity and care for the patient journey.
