Overview:The Commercial Head – Retail Sales will be responsible for establishing, developing and executing his channels by managing the team & setting sales goals & strategiesResponsibilities:Maintain and develop channels within the department.Design and implement sales & merchandising strategies.Responsible to acquire new accounts for each channel. Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned channels by utilizing fact-based selling methods, price surveys & competitors’ analysis for each partner/territory.To work in collaboration with operations team in reviewing, scrutinizing and developing efficient and effective operational process flow.Identifying market potential in order to establish new account, achieve channel sales volume, revenue and profitability goals. Maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts with customers to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, timeliness and cost. Regular Market visits and builds the relationship with the selected partner/customer.Provide trade marketing and distribution information and reports on performance and accounts to ensure all relevant company management are fully informed at all times.Challenge and lead financial\commercial aspects of the business.Provide positive leadership to the business by living the values and create and maintain the work environment that delivers superior performance.Identification of opportunity costs and efficiency opportunities and implement within authority levels.Deliver the annual budget, business plans and monthly forecast for the business.Responsibility trade support & collection for each channel. Providing workers with health and safety environmental informationSupporting supervisors in their health and safety environment activitiesSupporting the HSSE team in closing the NC and violations raised in different audits. Bachelors in any discipline 5-7 years in Managerial positionDomestic & local experienceSound expertise in sales, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Good communicatorStrong Presentation skills, Persuasiveness – Know-how to demonstrate, promote and sell, Goal-oriented, Negotiating skills, Good Judgment andDecision makingPositive attitude with ability to lead the team and communicating with different levels
