Salary AED 9,000 – 12,500 monthly (tax-free) compensation based on quality & duration of experience; comprehensive medical insurance.

Full Time Permanent (or part-time contract)

Masterminds, Dubai’s leading early learning center, is recruiting for a Gymnastics Teacher. Gymnastics is a core part of the curriculum at Masterminds with all children participating in gymnastics lessons 2 – 3 times per week. Experience working with young children below 6 years is important for this role.
Our parents refer to us as the “Harvard of Preschools.†Masterminds staff are expected to follow high standards of personal achievement.

Essential Requirements

• Spoken and Written Fluency in English
• At least 3 years’ experience in teaching Gymnastics
• Experience working with young children below 6 years of age
• Flexibility to customize the gymnastics/physical development program for students 2 – 6 years and 6 – 10 years.
• Open mindedness to learn new methodologies and activities as part of the Masterminds Physical Development Program
• Persona should reflect the premium nature of the Masterminds brand
• Exceptional relationship and communication skills
• Essential to relate well to both children and adults and have strong communication and listening skills
• Team working, flexibility and adaptability with sensitivity to the needs of children are critical to the requirement of this role
• Highly organized
• Good problem solving skills
• Flexibility and creative thinking

Core Responsibilities

Developing and planning a structured gymnastics program with clear progression milestones between 2 – 6 years and 6 – 10 years.
• Conducting small group and individual gymnastics lessons
• Participate in the annual professional development cycle and demonstrate continuous commitment as a life-long learner
• Maintain confidentiality with regard to all Centre matters at all times.
