Graduate – Contract Specialist (Emiratization)

We are seeking a Graduate – Contract Specialist to join our Commercial Services team within the Transport & Infrastructure business unit in Abu Dhabi.
This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate with a background in Law, Quantity Surveying, or Civil Engineering who has an interest in contracts and commercial activities in the engineering sector. The successful candidate will support contract management, procurement processes, and commercial operations on major infrastructure projects while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic consultancy environment. Your new role, what’s involved?
Assist in the review, preparation, and administration of contracts for infrastructure projects. Support the commercial team in procurement, contract negotiation, and claims analysis . Conduct research on contract law, risk management, and industry best practices . Assist in monitoring compliance with contractual terms and conditions . Work closely with project teams to ensure cost control and financial management of contracts.
Support the preparation of reports, documentation, and contract summaries . Engage with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders under the guidance of senior team members. Gain exposure to FIDIC contracts and regional regulatory frameworks relevant to infrastructure projects. We’d love to hear from you if you have:
Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, or Civil Engineering . Strong interest in contracts, procurement, and commercial aspects of the engineering sector. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Eagerness to learn and develop within a professional consultancy environment. What’s in it for you?
