The key objectives for this role are:
• Assist in preparing accurate and timely financial reports and statements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes.
• Contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Gain hands-on experience in various accounting functions to build a solid foundation for professional growth.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support the reconciliation of accounts, including bank statements and ledgers.
• Contribute to the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of financial records.
• Assist with audits by preparing documentation and supporting audit processes.
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial operations.
• Stay updated with accounting standards and best practices.
• Participate in ad hoc financial projects and tasks as required.

Expected:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (recent graduate).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with accounting software (preferred).
