eds to expand in order to continue to fuel growth.The Senior Brand Manager role reports directly into the KIND Global Brand Director, with peers focused on brand building and activism to build a kinder world. The broader team is the dynamic Global Demand team under the KIND CMO which leads on global Insights, Innovation and the future of Health & Wellbeing for KIND. The Global Senior Brand Manager will be primarily responsible for developing and executing compelling communication, media and activation plans that fulfil that mission and in turn drive long-term sustainable growth for KIND.
They will become valued member of a fast-paced global marketing team and be able to take on a wide variety of projects, building their experience and new skills over time. One of the most enjoyable aspects of the job is working with a diverse range of markets, learning from their experience and engaging them to build the brand together. While the brand manager must deliver in a timely way for the markets there is huge scope in this role to try new approaches and different ways of doing things, especially if they will accelerate growth. They should be curious about what other organizations are doing and how we can continually raise our game to increase our impact.
Areas of responsibility
• Being a passionate advocate, developing a brand which is iconic globally and relevant locally
• Understanding consumer insights as a springboard for creativity to unlock growth, developing exceptional work that inspires the organization to build a kinder world, take active stances on causes that are important to us and, most importantly, prompting our consumers to take kind action with content that is noticed, remembered and understood
• Partnering with the Global Brand Director to develop TVC/Digital/Social content for KIND’s new creative platform, and working with agency partners to manage the creative process – including the art & science of feedback, project management and budget management
• Leading the Media test & learn agenda to find new channels which incentivize the consumer to choose KIND, implementing a Media Dashboard in strategic markets which allows us to make better and faster decisions about how and where we invest our A&P
• Developing experiential activations that enhance the KIND brand experience, finding new ways of doing things as an insurgent brand within the Mars family
About you

• An entrepreneurial mindset with bundles of creativity and new ideas
• Excellent attention to detail and curiosity, with a strong ability to draw insights from reports
• Extensive marketing background, including experience of developing creative from scratch and media planning
• Experience using social media platforms, community management and knowledge of social media marketing strategy
• A proven ability to work effectively with senior leader and agency & market partners
