Job Responsibilities:
• Team Supervision & Coordination:
• Lead and supervise a team of fumigation technicians during on-site operations.
• Fumigation Operations:
• Plan, prepare, and execute fumigation treatments for residential, commercial, industrial, and marine environments.
• Select and apply appropriate fumigants based on pest type, location, and infestation severity.
• Technical Expertise:
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of fumigation chemicals, safety measures, and pest behavior.
• Ensure proper sealing of structures and safe exposure periods to achieve effective results.
• Health, Safety & Compliance:
• Enforce strict adherence to safety guidelines for handling and applying fumigants.
• Maintain compliance with local regulatory requirements.
• Customer Communication:
• Communicate with clients to explain the fumigation process, safety precautions, and post-treatment instructions.
• Address client concerns and provide follow-up support as needed.
• Inspection & Assessment:
• Conduct site inspections and pest assessments before recommending fumigation solutions.
• Prepare reports, treatment plans, and safety documentation.
• Equipment & Chemical Management:
• Ensure proper maintenance, calibration, and storage of fumigation equipment.
• Manage inventory and safe transport of fumigants and other related supplies.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of each treatment, including chemical usage, exposure times, and safety compliance.
• Submit service reports, incident logs, and client feedback forms as required.
