Luna Learning is a Montessori-based learning center in Dubai offering creative workshops, morning enrichment programs, and alternative education experiences for children. We’re a small, hands-on team passionate about child-led learning — and we’re looking for someone just as passionate about helping us grow.

Role Overview:
We’re seeking a freelance Marketing & Ads Specialist to plan, run, and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, with the goal of increasing awareness and generating qualified leads for our programs. You’ll work directly with our team to strategize campaigns, optimize performance, and deliver measurable results.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Set up and manage ad campaigns on different platforms
• Optimize campaigns for lead generation and cost efficiency
• Conduct audience targeting and A/B testing
• Track performance and provide regular reports (leads, CTR, CPL, etc.)
• Suggest improvements to landing pages or lead capture flows
• Offer strategic input on campaign planning and calendar

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Proven track record in lead generation campaigns
• Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, and budget optimization
• Comfortable with reporting tools and campaign analytics
• Ability to work independently and deliver on time
• Bonus: Familiarity with education or family-focused brands, and UAE market
