Your day to day Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out Escort guests to rooms and provide personalized room orientation Handle unpacking/packing, garment pressing, and shoe polishing Anticipate guest needs and respond to special requests Coordinate with departments for smooth guest experience Serve in-room dining, beverages, and arrange private setups Ensure rooms are clean, well-stocked, and tailored to guest preferences Maintain butler pantry inventory and amenities Collect and update guest preferences for future stays Upsell hotel services and enhance guest satisfaction What We Need From You 1-2 years experience in a similar luxury hospitality role Diploma/degree in Hospitality Management preferred Excellent communication, etiquette, and service skills Fluent in English (other languages an advantage) High attention to detail, discretion, and guest care Well-groomed and professional appearance Flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays What We Offer We give our people everything they need to succeed.
