Air Arabia Flight Attendants – Based in Sharjah and Abu Dhabi
Job Summary
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced individuals to join our cabin crew team as flight attendants. This role requires a unique blend of interpersonal skills, adaptability, and the ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
• Promote a positive and welcoming experience for all passengers on board.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, safety, and security.
• Collaborate with fellow crew members to ensure seamless flights.
• Stay up-to-date with airline policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Requirements
• Age: Between 20 to 26 years (without prior experience) or up to 33 years (with experience).
• Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 168 cm (Male).
• Weight: Proportional to Age and Height.
• Clear skin with no visible marks or tattoos while wearing the uniform.
• Medically/Physically fit to perform Cabin Crew duties.
• Ability to swim with aid of a flotation device.
Preferred Qualifications
• Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate; Travel/Tourism diploma is advantageous.
• First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures training.
• Fitness to fly; good general health; no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in Written and Spoken English; Arabic fluency preferred.
• Previous cabin crew or customer service experience in Airlines/Aviation/Hospitality.
• Active cabin crew license.
• Ability to work shift patterns and extended hours.
• High flexibility and adaptability.
• Capability to contribute and deliver against policies, procedures, and KPIs.
