Its services fall under machine and fabrication, blasting, painting, welding and fitting.Job Title :- Technician – Fitting Shop ((High-Pressure Equipment, Valves, BOPs, Wellheads)Job Objective :- To work as part of the Fitting shop team to strip, clean, assemble and test the API equipment.Key Responsibilities/Duties :-To follow and apply HSE policies and house keeping.To follow superintendent/ charge hand / technician / routing Instructions.Identify and use right tools for dis assembly/ assembly works.To follow correct assembly procedures and to use correct equipment for all jobs carried out in the department.To follow company procedures for the storage and handling of tools and equipment.Be able to work accurately to engineering drawings.Stripping and cleaning of Oilfield equipment.Assembly and Testing of valves, BOP’s and other Oilfield equipment.To continually aim to reduce cycle times and improve efficiency.To be able to work independently with minimum supervision.Follow Sigma Corporate policies and procedures.Specialized Knowledge :-Knowledge of assembly procedures and equipment handling.Working to engineering drawingsWork to Health and Safety standardsAbility & Skills :-Ability to read Engineering drawings Experience :-Minimum of 3 years’ practical experience of workshop practices.Experience of Oil & Gas Industry – preferred but not essential.Academic Qualifications :-Recognized secondary school qualificationTrade training certificate – preferred but not essentialAccountabilities and Performance Measures :-Quality outputOn time deliveriesPlease apply by attaching your CV only if you fit above criteria.
