Your role involves supporting the Captain in managing both routine and emergency situations, ensuring the highest levels of safety are maintained. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure safety in daily operations as the aircraft’s second in command.
• Lead by example for all crew, maintaining Flydubai’s prestigious corporate image.
• Adhere to and enforce all company and regulatory policies among the crew.
• Report any safety or procedural deviations to the company for continuous improvement.
• Maintain flight fitness and notify the company if you are unfit to fly.
• Operate aircraft in accordance with Flydubai and GCAA approved policies.
Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS
• Qualification: ICAO ATPL with valid type rating, 1st Class Medical from ICAO, English proficiency – ICAO level 4 or above, eligible for UAE residency visa, recent flying experience within 24 months.
• Experience: Minimum 1,500 hours of total flying time, 500 hours on B737-300 to 900 (NG/EFIS) series aircraft.
• Knowledge / Skills: Comprehensive understanding of ATPL subjects, exceptional CRM skills, exemplary leadership abilities, proven command experience, multitasking proficiency, resilience under pressure.
