Job Description:

• Assist in planning audits and ensuring compliance with statutory audit requirements.
• Review accounting, operating, and internal control procedures. You will need a strong understanding
• of financial principles, effective accounts payable and receivable management practices.
• Liaise with auditors and examiners during compliance audits and examinations as assigned.
• Proactively assess financial and tax risks/liabilities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Assist with the monthly internal checking and filing process for Value Added Tax (VAT).
• Ensure VAT compliance operations and processes are aligned with the regulatory VAT Law.
• Carry out the day-to-day administration of the company’s compliance program.
• Assist in preparing schedules and requirements as per the financial template of the Economic Survey.
• Accurately check and prepare data for Economic Substance Regulations (ESR) reporting as per ESR compliance requirements.
• Assist with corporate tax registration, implementation, and reporting processes for all UAE-based companies.
• Review and arrange documents as required by income tax assessment and VAT assessment processes.
• Analyze the impact of new or changed applicable laws and regulations on the company’s operations.

Skills Required

• Knowledge of local regulations and industry practices in GCC region.
• Certification for VAT/ Corporate tax would be an added advantage.

Job Types:

Full-time, Permanent

Pay:

AED5,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
