We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming environment. You will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office. The ideal candidate is organized, has excellent communication skills, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors, clients, and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.
• Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Maintain and update the office’s calendar, scheduling appointments, and meetings.
• Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
• Assist in preparing meeting rooms and conference calls.
• Handle basic office supplies inventory and reorder as needed.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming at all times.
• Provide information to visitors, clients, or callers, and resolve inquiries when possible.
• Coordinate office access, including issuing badges or passes to guests.
• Support office management with additional tasks as needed.

Pay:
AED2,000.00 – AED2,500.00 per month
