The Factory Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the footwear manufacturing facility. This includes managing production processes, ensuring quality control, meeting production targets, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the footwear industry and a strong background in team leadership, planning, and operational excellence Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field. (Diploma or technical certification in footwear production is a plus.)Minimum 5–10 years of experience in footwear manufacturing, including 3+ years in a managerial role.In-depth knowledge of footwear production processes, machinery, and materials.Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in production software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
