Job Description For Executive Chef- 4 Star hotel in Dubai(HOZ6353) in Dubai United Arab Emirates,United Arab Emirates UAE. Job Summary:The Executive Chef will lead the culinary team, manage kitchen operations, and ensure high-quality dining experiences. This role involves menu development, cost control, and staff training.Education & Certification Requirements: Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized culinary school. HACCP Certification or relevant food safety training is a must.Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar senior culinary role in a 4-star or higher hotel, preferably within an international or regional brand in the UAE.Technical Skills: Expertise in international and regional cuisines with a creative approach to menu development. Proficiency in kitchen management software and inventory systems. Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards. Effective cost control and budgeting skills.Personal Qualities: Young at heart, passionate, and inspiring leader.
