Responsibilities:

Handle outbound calls to invite and confirm attendees for B2B events

Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams

Assist in event logistics and ensure smooth execution

Maintain records and update CRM with responses and feedback

Build relationships with clients and partners through follow-ups

Skills

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English.

Experience in telecalling and event coordination preferred

Organized, proactive, and team-oriented

Strong follow-up and multitasking abilities
