ERP Developer / ERP Specialist Job Location : Ras al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates Key Responsibilities: Design and develop a customized ERP system to meet our factory’s operational requirements. Maintain, update, and troubleshoot the ERP system for optimal performance. Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze business requirements. Integrate the ERP system with third-party software or tools as needed. Develop and maintain databases, reports, and dashboards for real-time data insights. Provide user training, support, and documentation. Implement system security, data backup, and recovery processes. Stay updated with the latest ERP and software development technologies. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in ERP development and customization. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or similar. Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL). Knowledge of ERP platforms like Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or custom-built systems. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
