Assist in the development
implementation
maintenance
documentation and continual improvement of the Health and Safety Management System
HSE Manual
policies
procedures
and guidelines
To report to the Facility Manager in planning
coordinating
and implementing effective HSE policies to ensure department objectives and operations are met
To conduct risk assessment to determine the vulnerabilities of the university on the existing hazards and activities being undertaken in order to perform tasks required
Collaboration and coordination with the investigating team and submitting reports of the facts arising from the incident
and submitting corrective and preventive action reports to the Director of Facility management for the purposes of preventing the reoccurrence of the incident
Assist in the development of the annual HSE training plan
Participate in External and Internal Audit Assist in the develop a crisis and emergency management action plan
Support the implementation of events process in relation to health and safety for its success with considerable innovation and creativity Support the changes in the organization
