English teacher Bilingual (Arabic speaker)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching English to students ranging from beginners to advanced levels, while providing explanations and support in Arabic when necessary. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver effective English language lessons. Create a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation. Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback. Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of different learning styles. Incorporate a variety of instructional materials and activities. Communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking students and parents when needed. Participate in teacher training sessions, meetings, and professional development programs. Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field. Teaching certification (e.g., TESOL, TEFL, CELTA) is preferred. Minimum 3 years of teaching experience (preferably with bilingual or Arabic-speaking students). Native or near-native proficiency in English. Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written). Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire students. Flexibility to teach different age groups (children, teens, adults). Preferred Qualifications: Experience teaching in the UAE or GCC region. Knowledge of online teaching platforms and digital tools.
