A family located in Dubai with one baby currently aged 7 months old are looking for an experienced and loving nanny to help support with their baby girl. The position will be a mix of sole and shared charge. The family are looking for the nanny to join them for the next 6 to 12 months.
General duties:
• Daily baby duties – mix of sole and shared charge duties
• Manage the baby’s health, well-being and any special requirements they may need
• Standard nursery duties such as changing, dressing, feeding, putting down for naps/bath time & bedtime
• Menu planning and advice on nutrition if required, preparing the baby’s food (mum also enjoys cooking)
• Overseeing the wardrobe and keeping the bedroom and play areas organized and tidy
• Following the baby’s physical, emotional and intellectual development
• Support with establishing age-appropriate habits, development and educational support including
• Taking the baby on outings and other activities
• Playing with the baby including outdoors and at events
• Travel with family – packing and unpacking of the baby’s belongings, and occupying/entertaining on flights
• Maintaining a daily log of the routine; including feeds, sleep and nappy changes
• Nanny to cover nights as well and work on sleep training the baby. Once settled into a new routine, the night-time cover should become less. The Nanny can also have a break during the day to compensate
Accommodation: Own bedroom and bathroom within the family home
Candidate requirements:
• Must have experience working with similar aged babies, or maternity nurse experience – experience with baby led weaning, strong organisational skills, flexible, energetic, good communicator
• A swimmer would be preferred
Contract Length: 6 to 12 month long contract
Working Days: Six days a week, 7am to 7pm (overnight care at the beginning and breaks would be given during the day)
Start Date: ASAP
