The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of electrical systems in line with project requirements, local authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, etc.), and international standards.Design & Planning:Develop electrical system designs including lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, ELV systems, and emergency systems.Prepare load calculations, single line diagrams (SLDs), and material submittals.Coordinate with consultants, architects, and other engineering disciplines.Project Execution:Oversee site installation activities ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications.Supervise electrical subcontractors and site labor to ensure timely and quality delivery of electrical works.Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with DEWA and other local authority regulations.Testing & Commissioning:Perform and oversee the testing and commissioning of electrical systems.Ensure all electrical installations meet the safety and performance requirements of UAE codes and international standards.Documentation & Reporting:Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports.Manage technical documentation including shop drawings, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals.Procurement & Coordination:Assist in material procurement and vendor management.Review material submittals and ensure alignment with project requirements.Experience :
Bachelor s Degree in Electrical Engineering.Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP construction, preferably within the UAE or GCC.Strong knowledge of DEWA regulations, UAE codes, and international standards (e.g., IEC, NEC).Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and MS Office.Excellent communication and project management skills.Preferably with MEP Experienced
