• Collaborate with the EDP team to ensure accurate and timely recording of inventory data and transactions.
• Assist in maintaining and updating the electronic database and inventory management system.
• Prepare and generate regular reports related to inventory levels, order status, and stock movement.
• Monitor and track incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.
• Coordinate with the procurement department to ensure efficient stock replenishment and availability of products.
• Assist in conducting regular physical stock counts and audits to reconcile electronic records with physical inventory.
• Support in optimizing warehouse layout and organization for improved operational efficiency.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure proper storage, handling, and retrieval of products.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to fulfill orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance overall warehouse operations.
• Provide general administrative support to the warehouse manager and team as needed.
Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proven experience (2-5 years) in a similar role, preferably within the furniture retail or warehousing industry.
• Proficiency in using electronic data processing (EDP) systems and inventory management software.
• Strong computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,200.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
