ECM Advisory and Consulting ServicesOpenText Technical Support Services• Firm grasp of Documentum installation, configuration, and administration, including patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting• Experience in designing, scripting, and deploying Documentum solutions using DFC, WDK, DFS, and DQL, among others• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and SQL• Understanding of security requirements, LDAP, Active Directory, and integration with other enterprise systems• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and keen attention to detail• Strong communication skills and capability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders5. Minimum Experience:8+ years of experience in content management solutions, particularly in Documentum/ECM environmentsMinimum Education:• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
