E-Commerce Manager / Admin

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales strategy and manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, UX/UI, analytics, and conversion optimization also has Video editing skill for social media posts .

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize our e-commerce website (e.g., product listings, UX, checkout process).
• Plan and execute online marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid ads.
• Monitor and report on website performance using tools like Google Analytics and GA4.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, operations, and customer service.
• Improve customer experience and implement strategies to reduce cart abandonment.
• Work with developers to implement new features, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform stability.
• Analyze sales trends and customer data to inform growth strategies.
• Coordinate promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles.
• Proficiency in platforms like Shopify, Woo Commerce, Magento, or similar. Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, etc.
• Promotional Video editing skills .
• Data-driven mindset with a passion for user experience and conversion optimization.

Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS or experience working with web developers.
• Experience with CRM and email automation platforms.
• Familiarity with marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay) is a plus.
• Leadership or team management experience.
