We are seeking highly experienced IT Sales Executives with a strong background in selling IT services (not products) for a Dubai-based role with a leading System Integrator (SI) in the region. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the fastest-growing SIs in the region, with highly competitive compensation packages for the right candidates. – For Sales roles(Salary range: AED 25,000 – 45,000 per month/ Permanent position ) – We are NOT looking for someone who creates marketing hype or specializes solely in marketing or RFP/RFQ business. -This role is for seasoned sales hunters who can independently drive business, close high-value deals, and meet aggressive targets. The ideal candidate must be hands-on in selling IT solutions and services such as Oracle, Google Cloud, Azure/AWS, Multi-Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Data Center Migration & IT Infrastructure solutions & services For Sales –not product sales or marketing roles – we are specifically looking for sales hunters and solution leaders who can engage with enterprise customers, drive tangible results, and lead technical or commercial discussions.Drive new business and manage end-to-end sales cycles.Identify opportunities and pitch IT solutions tailored to customer needs.Collaborate with technical teams to create winning proposals and close high-value deals.Must be a sales or solution-oriented professional, not focused on RFP/RFQ or marketing-only roles.Salary range: AED 25,000 – 45,000 per month (Competitive Package)+other benefitsAlso actively seeking experienced Pre-Sales Architects with 15+ years of expertise in IT services and solutions. Ideal candidates should possess a solid background in solution design, technical consulting, and customer engagement. Remote Pre-Sales Architect (Oracle, Google cloud, Azure & Multi-Cloud) Location: Remote/Onsite – Based out of India/PakistanFor Pre-Sales Solution Architects:Work closely with sales and technical teams to design and present IT solutions.Engage with clients to gather technical requirements and recommend best-fit architectures.Lead customer workshops, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept activities. Key Responsibilities: for SalesFull ownership of regional sales, customer satisfaction, and third-party alliances.Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to maximize revenue growth.Manage end-to-end sales cycles for New Business Development, Account Management, and Relationship Management.Design and execute territory account plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities.Build and expand pipelines by identifying and nurturing potential opportunities.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.Achieve assigned quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly sales targets.For Pre-Sales Architect remote/onsite role :- Best salary package Experience Required: 15+ years in Pre-Sales Architecture with extensive hands-on experience. we offer best salary packages along with other benefits.Key Expertise Areas:Oracle, Fusion and Azure, Google/Azure certified Architects and Multi-Cloud, Cybersecurity Security, and Data Center Migration Solution Services.Strong technical proficiency with a proven track record in designing, architecting, and delivering complex IT solutions.Engage with clients to understand their business needs and propose tailored IT solutions.Develop solution architectures covering Cloud Platforms, Data Center Migrations, and Security Solutions.Lead technical discussions, deliver presentations, and manage proof-of-concept (PoC) activities.Collaborate with sales teams to create compelling proposals, technical documentation, and solution roadmaps.
