Operate Bulldozers to move earth, rocks, debris, and other materials at construction sites, mines, or roads.Assist in Site Preparation by leveling ground, clearing land, or spreading materials as per project requirements.Follow Instructions from supervisors, engineers, or site foremen to complete tasks accurately and safely.Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate the bulldozer for grading, backfilling, and pushing materials.Pre-Operational Checks: Inspect the dozer daily for oil, fuel, water levels, and general mechanical issues.Maintenance Reporting: Notify the maintenance team of any faults or needed repairs.Compliance with Safety Standards: Follow all site-specific and company safety protocols to avoid accidents.Worksite Communication: Coordinate with other operators, workers, and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.Precision Work: Perform detailed grading or leveling work according to plan and supervisor instructions.Record Keeping: Log work hours, equipment use, and any incidents or maintenance done during shifts.
