Doorman- Hotel Experienced

Job description

We are seeking a professional and courteous Doorman to be the face of our establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting residents, guests, and visitors while maintaining the security and integrity of the premises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet residents, tenants, and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Assist with opening doors, carrying luggage, and other concierge-style services.
• Monitor the entrance and ensure only authorized individuals access the premises.
• Provide information or directions as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the entrance area.
• Work closely with security and concierge teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Respond promptly to any requests or concerns from residents or management.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar role or customer service is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Presentable, polite, and dependable.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks if necessary.
• Basic knowledge of building security protocols is a plus.
