I have been instructed by one of the ‘best in class’ construction consultancies to help recruit a Director of Project Management to join their busy West Midlands team.

My client is a very well know consultancy with an outstanding track record in delivering across various service lines and commercial sectors.

You would be coming in to lead delivery of Commercial, Retail and Industrials projects across The Midlands.

My client has seen year on year exponential growth, and needs a Director of PM to facilitate the end-to-end project management on several current and potential large-scale commercial/industrial/retail projects.

The PM service line is the largest service line in the business in terms of billing, generating around a quarter of overall turnover.

Last year the team completed a record 2,000 instructions, working on projects ranging in value from under £50,000 to over £500m across multiple sectors.
