Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Director to lead the KYC (Know Your Customer) & Data Solutions team for the Energy & Public Sector. The candidate will be responsible for compliance, risk assessment, and strategic data management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee KYC processes and regulatory compliance
- Manage data analytics and reporting for the public sector
- Develop risk assessment strategies
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations
- Lead a team of compliance professionals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in compliance and KYC
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
- Experience in the energy or public sector is a plus
- Knowledge of UAE financial regulations
