Job Responsibilities of SAP User
SAP User is responsible for the following:

1. Daily order printing and passing to production (local orders, export

orders).

2. Checking the materials in system as per information provided by

relevant Production Staff in each section.

3. Receiving the outsourced materials in system as per the invoices from

vendors.

4. Daily reservations and checking for the raw materials in each section.

5. Checking and transferring stocks for delivery and dispatch for local and

export orders.

6. Local purchase creation, Import Purchasing (for Maintenance), Stock

transfer order creation (for Production, Store and Maintenance sections).

7. Breakdown and preventive maintenance in SAP system.

8. Checking and issuing the daily reservations to production from store.
