We are currently seeking a knowledgeable Data Modeling Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE, within the Information Technology (IT) & Telecommunication industry. As a Data Modeling Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data models that effectively capture and represent organizational data requirements.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and data needs.Design and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models.Analyze and evaluate existing data models for accuracy and efficiency.Identify data integration and transformation requirements.Implement data modeling best practices and industry standards.Collaborate with database administrators and developers to ensure seamless integration and implementation of data models.Conduct data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues.Provide recommendations for data governance and data management strategies.Stay updated with the latest data modeling techniques and industry trends. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Data Modeling Specialist or a similar role in the IT industry. Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques and methodologies (e.g., ER modeling, dimensional modeling). Proficiency in data modeling tools and software (e.g., ERwin, PowerDesigner). Familiarity with database management systems and SQL. Understanding of data integration and ETL processes. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Experience with data governance and data management principles. Knowledge of industry-specific data models (e.g., healthcare, finance) is a plus. Fluency in English is required, Arabic language skills are a plus.
