About the Role:
We are offering a paid internship opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support & Data Entry Intern. This 3-month program provides hands-on experience with the potential for full-time employment based on performance.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data records.
• Enter and update data , photos , links , prices to app sheet .
• Assist with customer service tasks and order processing.
• Support internal teams with timely data and customer updates.
• Hand over clients to sales team to arrange their requirements.
Requirements:
• English proficiency is mandatory (spoken and written).
• Fast typing speed is essential.
• Currently enrolled in college or a recent graduate (preferred).
• Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Must be on a University or Parent’s Visa.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
